Spotted this one on Gumtree in January 2021. The body tags and number are genuine GT, but the seller notes that the car was 'rebodied' in 1975 with all original parts were fitted to new shell, including radiator shroud, original compmiance plate,brake booster, fuel tanks, oil vooler and mounts. Hydro suspension, gauges etc. You can see the non-factory welds on the radiator shroud in the images.
The engine was rebuilt in 1990 by Mini Kingdom, and is now 1293cc. The engine was again refreshed in 2018 with a full recondition. The car has a very good body and interior, new carpets, Recaro seats . S steel wheels. Painted in 2018, 2 pack ' Chrystal White '. Another interesting GT for the register.
