1983 Ford Fairmont Ghia XE Sedan (ESP Option)

This rare XE ESP was spotted for sale on Gumtree Australia in July 2016. This particular car is the 6-cylinder variant, less desirable than the V8 version, but still a desirable car which was produced in very low numbers. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to find a reputable source to confirm the exact number of 6cylinder ESPs built.

At the time of sale, the seller noted the following about the car:

"XE ESP, hermitage red, factory 4speed, all original, side trims and pin strip were removed for buff and polish of paint, still have trims, just need to be fitted back on, car last on the road in 2000, interior is original and in excellent condition as per pictures, runs and drives fine although I have only driven it around the block since I have owned it, body is straight and rust free, paint has some small blemishes but is good for a vehicle of its age and presents well, sold as is with no RWC or reg, can transport to deport for interstate buyers, inspections recommended for serious buyers only, reluctant sale due to lack of storage space, located in Hastings vic 3915"
