1967 Mercedes W111 250 SE (coupe)

This poor 250SE (currently advertised here on Ebay USA in Florida) is in dire need of someone's help. Sadly, the engine and transmission are also missing from the car, so this auction will provide an interesting test case for what a rolling shell in very poor condition is worth. 

Hopefully this will find a  home with someone willing to pour the time and money into it, but it's a very tough sell as a project. We've seen a few 250 coupes chopped into convertibles over time, and think it such a shame to lose the beautiful lines that come with the coupe body. We'll update this page with the final auction result - just over two days to run.
