1979 Leyland Mini GTS

This Metallic Green 1979 South African Mini GTS represents the last iteration of the GTS which finished production in 1980. This particular car's details were provided to Classic Register by a GTS enthusiast and collector in South Africa. The car appears to be in its original paint with gold stripes, and has all the correct codes / identification numbers for an original GTS of 1979. At some point, however, it appears the 8.4 inch disc brakes must have been removed and replaced with smaller 7.5 inch discs - considering the car is currently wearing 10 inch Rostyle wheels which were originally fitted to only the early GTS cars prior to mid-1975.
