This Cosworth Vega has unfortunately been partly stripped, missing much of its interior and some exterior trim, but would make an excellent project asking $4,500 here on Craigslist in Corona, California. The seller notes the car is numbers matching, and one of only 1,447 Cosworth Vegas produced for the 1976 year (out of 3,508 in total). The 1976 model saw the availability of all Chevy Vega colours on the Cosworth model, and the seller states that only 100 were produced in white. With so few cars built in 1976 this claim is certainly possible, however, we've not yet been able to find any formal confirmation of that number.

This particular example is described as having very little rust, however, we note the front passenger area in the engine bay appears to need some attention. The seller's description is very brief, and it's unclear whether the vehicle's unique build number plaque comes with the car, as the dash fascia appears to have been removed, along with most of the trim.

The main event with these Cosworth Vegas (other than their good looks) is of course their Cosworth-enhanced engine. Along with work done inside the block, a DOHC 16-valve head and fuel injection were fitted, bringing the car well ahead of its time and pushing 110hp through a 5-speed transmission.
