1983 Ford Falcon XE Dick Johnson Grand Prix
Vehicle details
The 5th on our XE Dick Johnson Grand Pric Register. This example was available on Ebay Australia in April 2018.
I have owned this car for approximately 9 years and it has been off the road the entire time that I have owned the car. When I purchased the Grand Prix I decided that I would like to send it in for a maintenance paint on the outside as the original blue had just started to fade and these cars look so amazing with new paint.
As it does, life got busy and I left the car down at the painters premises for 7 years in storage after he had finished painting it. I went and picked the car up approx. 6 months ago and I have simply finished putting it back together and got it running. I have not driven the car since I purchased it originally.
It has a genuine 150,000Klms on the car and it presents very well. They are definitely a stunning car and when they are taken out they attract a huge amount of attention.
As I am lucky enough to have more than one of these rare vehicles and have decided to let one go this represents a very rare opportunity for someone to purchase one of the rarest XE's ever produced.
This car is build number 32 of the 43 that are documented to have ever have been produced. It has all of the genuine Scheel interior fitted and still retains some of the original radar detector components fitted to the vehicle
Definitely a super rare vehicle which will only grow in value in the coming years.
I am well aware of the value of this car so please don't embarrass yourself by making stupid low ball offers. I don't need to sell the car, I'm just not using it and as I have others to drive I thought I would allow someone else the opportunity to own one.
Inspection is welcomed by appointment to genuine and serious buyers only. This vehicle is advertised elsewhere and may be removed from sale at any time.
