1965 Gordon Keeble Coupe

This 1965 Gordon Keeble GK1 was advertised in New Zealand in late 2018, asking $160,000. According to the owner, this is build number 15 of only 99 cars, and was restored at some point in the early 1990s, and covered minimal mileage since.

In its day the Keeble was a contemporary of the Ferrari 250 Lusso, Aston Martin DB5 and Jaguar E type, although it was consistently found to outperform the competition in road tests. A fantastic hybrid of Italian design (Giorgetto Giugiaro at Bertone), American Power and British luxury, these cars are very seldom available. While many Keebles have been retrimmed in leather or fitted with automatic gearboxes, this car is highly original and still retains its original aircraft grade vinyl interior and matching numbers drivetrain. Previously a New Zealand classic car magazine cover car (see the images)
