Another GTS spotted on Gumtree South Africa - looks like most of it is there and it would be a great project! Doesn't look too rusty, but still a big project - worth it though for a car like this! Supposedly, this car was stored in a barn from 1982 - 39 years it had a minor accident and was parked off. The seller noted that due to standing for so long the engine would not turn original only done 51000kms engine has been overhauled accident damage has been repaired but car is still unpainted and...

Not many details about this one, but seems to be a genuine GTS! Not many of these left. It's unclear whether or not it has an engine or not - looks like it needs some serious rust repairs though. Quite a few on the register!

Thought these were expensive at $20K but I was wront, most are now asking over $40K and this nice example was advertised on FB marketplace at $49,000 AUD... It has been meticulously restored and has only had a couple of thousand ks since. Onlhy a handful of these are in Australia - these early 180 SX coupes are rare enough in Japan - a few have made their way to NZ but hardly any to Aus. This one was spotted on Graysonline in August 2021. An interesting and very clean example of the Japanese compact coupe.

Rare R31 Turbo coupe import, spotted on Graysonline in August 2021. Not many around and prices of these have been going mad as the GTS-Rs become unobtanium for the average person. This example has average ks on it, needs a bit of a tidy up though. I'm assuming it's a GTS turbo - please correct me if I'm wrong..

Well it's been years since we've added one of these to the register - an XE Falcon coupe.. This is a 2-door conversion which was undertaken by a company called Spanmor which use to operate in Melbourne, traditionally specialising in hearses, stretched limos and medical applications. Several of these coupes have been spotted over the years, and we would love to know more about them, and at this stage all we know is that there was a plan to build 100 of them, but actual numbers fell way short of...

Spotted this 1966 Studebaker Daytona 2 door V-8 hardtop on FB marketplace in August 2021, asking just $6,500 USD. Just 873 in totak were built (620 V8s), and just 53 are know to exist as of 2021. Engine is completely sound, and just had over $2,000 of of work completed (see photo). Car runs/drives, interior is in good shape but could use some upholstery work or seat covers. Paint is sort of chalky/faded. Car is storage located in Muskegon, Michigan.

Starting to see a few more of these come onto the roads which is great! There was a time when they were advetrtised very cheap becuase theu could only be used as race cars (had someting to do with the fact that we did get asmall batch of GT4s in Australia in 1994 - so that prevented later imports - I suspect that's since changed. Love these rally legends - if they weren't banned from the WRC, you probably wouldn't hear so much about Evos and Rexies... This one was advertised with collectingcars...

Spotted on carsales Australia in August 2021, asking $60,000 AUD - hardly surprising that these top spec flagship coupes have taken off. There really is no match for the quality and class of the Benz of this era.. This one has relatively low ks under 200,000, and looks in pristine condition, with blue leather contrasting nicely against the arctic white exterior.
