This import ATTESSA 4WD SSS is a very rare car indeed, and the ultimate in Bluebird SSS of the U13 series. Looks to have been tastefully modified with some aftermarket wheels, the car has Australian import approval, and was spotted for sale in Melbourne, advertised through Lloyds auctions (they seem to get their hands on very interestinh cars).. A bit of a strange car to add to the register as they are not particularly populafr - but I find these cars interesting as they were an early turbo sports offering in a more family car )as oposed to the Laser TX3).. Not many of them around, and many have been wrecked. I do like the way they look, particularly when they are in white with teh snow flake wheels. This early example of the MR2 was advertised on trademe.co.nz in Feb 2021, with bids at $4,237 last time we saw, but 5 days to run. It has a bit of rust, but looks complete and original - and if the chassis numbers on these are in order, this car is in the first batch of 1000 built. While the second generation W20 cars are also very popular, there's nothing quits so distinctly iconic and 80s than the first gen W10 Toyota MR2s.

This very rare T5-R Wagon was advertised on FB Marketplace in February 2021, asking $38,888 AUD at the time. Low Ks, and originally from Japan - this one was imported and offered by Auto Dynasty Classic in Sydney.

This one was advertised on trademe.co.nz in Feb 2021, asking $36,000.This is a genuine factory Rotary RX-5 - as opposed to the piston engined cars which seem to fetch much less in the marketplace. Car looks to be in good solid original condition, needing only a tidy up aind perhaps some minor repairs. A good point at which to get a classic like this - prices of these are no douby only headed up from here.

Advertised on Gumtree Australia in February 2020, asking $8,500, this rolling shell with interior is fairly complete and would make a great project for a Mazda enthusiast. There are a few significant rust spots, but supposedly the flloors and sills are in great condition. Hopefuly this 929 coupe can be saved.

This 121 coupe has been on gumtree Australia for a while, asking just $5K. This particular version of the Cosmo / RX5 / 121 is still very afordable, and hasn't taken off in the same way as other late 70s Japanese coupes (unless of course it's the Rotary version which command quite a bit more). A bargain in 2021 for a classic Mazda coupe.

This is a 4-cylinder Mazda 121 (from before the 121 was a small car). The 121 is the non-rotary version of the RX-5 which was sold in markets such as Australia (also known as the Cosmo AP).
