This is only the second one of these we've got on the register - there can't be many of these in Australia (probably just a handful of private imports from Japan). Quhick car, love these things! Needs a tidy up but still good!

Spotted on grays.com in Feb 2020, this 1993 GTiR is relatively original, with fairly low Ks for the age. Very few details were given in the ad at the time it was offered, so there's not much to say, but great to have anotherf cool GTiR on the register!

This 1998 HSV VT GTS in rare Ruben Mica, Only 399 produced and the last GTS ever produced with the Aussie made Holden V8 220Kw factory HSV 5.7 Ltr 350 ci Harrop stroker engine. This one was advertised for sale in Feb 2021, on Lloydsauctions.com.au - bids I suspect will get quite high..If you have one of these rare HSVs, add yours to the register!

This beauty was offered through Lloyds Auctions in Feb 2020, and looks in amazing original condition - possibly one of the best original examples out there. Very low ks, assuming its genuine. This import ATTESSA 4WD SSS is a very rare car indeed, and the ultimate in Bluebird SSS of the U13 series. Looks to have been tastefully modified with some aftermarket wheels, the car has Australian import approval, and was spotted for sale in Melbourne, advertised through Lloyds auctions (they seem to get their hands on very interestinh cars).. Bids currejntly quite low at under 2,500 AUD but 10 days to run and surely this thing will get up to around $8-10K - still a reasonable buy at that...

Another TR-X has come up in the auctions, this one through lloydsauctions.com.au. There have been a few of these coming up here, and on graysonline recently - seems as if someone had a large collection which is now being parted.. Tis original SSS was advertised on Lloyds Auctions in Feb 2021. A bit of a strange car to add to the register as they are not particularly populafr - but I find these cars interesting as they were an early turbo sports offering in a more family car )as oposed to the Laser TX3).. Not many of them around, and many have been wrecked. I do like the way they look, particularly when they are in white with teh snow flake wheels. This early example of the MR2 was advertised on trademe.co.nz in Feb 2021, with bids at $4,237 last time we saw, but 5 days to run. It has a bit of rust, but looks complete and original - and if the chassis numbers on these are in order, this car is in the first batch of 1000 built. While the second generation W20 cars are also very popular, there's nothing quits so distinctly iconic and 80s than the first gen W10 Toyota MR2s.
