A nice early original example, soptted on gumtree Australia in May 2021 - asking $25K. This one looks fairly original, and even looks like it has its original umbrella still with the car. The car is aSeries 1 GTiR, from 1992 - the last with the umbrella and gtir wheel. 8 years ago this car would have been on the market for around 10K. Not bad huolding onto these classics. This one was advertised on ebay Australia in May 2021, asking $41JK. Way to stee for 2021, even if it does have lowish Ks (whihc we don't know because that wasnt disclosed). The car is finished in its original red paint which is supposedly immaculate - the seller claims the car is the best in existence (in which case, it is worth 41k). Looks good in red. This one was spotted on ebay USA in early 2021. Ended up selling for $69,000. Looks like most of the car has been well kept and restored, but the exterior paint just needs some attention. It was ordered new by H.R. Owen Ltd for H.O.H. Silley of Royal Albert Dock, London and delivered on December 16, 1963. then migrated to California, it then to Texas and was last owned by a doctor that had a large collection of vintage vehicle. This is the very last Ford Fairmont Ghia XE ESP built. It was offered in May 2021 through Grays auctions, and it has just 60km on the clock. This is the ultimate investment XE ESP - and with hbids over $315,000 and 7 days to run, it's clear this car is going to break records. Interestinglu, it has a plaque installed by Ford Australia confirming it's the last V8 to be produced in Australia.

This XE ESP was advertised on Lloyds auctions in May 2021, with bids over$60K but plenty of time to run. The car looks in excellent condition, and has fewer than 120,000km on the clock. These XE ESPs have gone crazy with their prices over the last few years, and at the same time as this car was being sold, another XE ESP was being auctioned - the last of the Falcon V8s (the last one built) - and that is exoected to bring a few hundred thousand dollars. Prettu sure this car was previously a Victorian registered car, which was originally advertised here on CR. Looks like they had a few bits and pieces tidied up on it, and the price upped a bit (fair in this market). Low Ks for this sort of car and age, and a very desirable version with the 320 engine - hopefully has had its wiring harness done. This was spotted on gumtree in May 2021, asking $16,000. Spotted on Grays auctions in May 2021. Should go for a decent price, being one of only 10 that survived in Leyland's last dying days. This German spec 242 GT was offered for sale on dasparking.de in May 2021, asking over 20K Euros. These were vey similar to the Australian and NZ spec cars, with the 2.3 engine upgrade, but interestingly this particular car has the headlamp wipers. This car is in immaculate condition, ready to roll - impressive for a car this age, which would have normally been exposed to far too much saly and ice in winter. Found on carfromuk - this example is believed to have been offered on Ebay a few years back.It looks in excellent original condition (At the time, it was asking under $10,000, so it was provbably around 2010)..
