Spotted this one on Gumtree in January 2021. The body tags and number are genuine GT, but the seller notes that the car was 'rebodied' in 1975 with all original parts were fitted to new shell, including radiator shroud, original compmiance plate, brake booster, fuel tanks, oil vooler and mounts. Hydro suspension, gauges etc. You can see the non-factory welds on the radiator shroud in the images. The engine was rebuilt in 1990 by Mini Kingdom, and is now 1293cc. Spotted this 289 hardtop on Facebook in late 2020. No price and no good details provided about the car unfortunately - other than stating that the car's rust is not too bad. Looks very complete and worth saving. Less than 2,500 hardtops were built, this is a very rare project.

This one was advertised throughout 2020 as a barn find, and then someone got it going and advertised it for $8,500 which seems reasonable for a car with less tham 70,000 original miles. This is the final series Daytona 2-door, with the 283 chev, and factory disc brakes. In the original advertisement, the seller noted the following information: Car comes with the original valve covers as well as the chrome ones it’s wearing now Transistor ignition system Prestolite alternators were originally...

Looks to be a south bend built car with column shift auto, possibly in its original Strato Blue. A few spares sitting in the trunk - no indication of price was given by the seller. Hope it hets saved!
January 11, 2021 - Australia / Halvorsen
One owner for nearly 20 years, "Melwey" was built by Halvorsen's in 1963 to the popular Seaskiff design (although we note that boatregistry.net lists her as a 1961). She is powered by Yanmar 4JH hp 50 hp diesel providing ample power for her round bilged shoal draft hull. The simple layout consists of an open plan wheelhouse with generous settee/berths and a small dinette next to the helm. The lock-up forward cabin has twin bunks, a small galley with sink and metho stove, and an enclosed head...
