Advertised on Facebook Marketplace in 2022 - located somewhere in Northern NSW, this "LE" example of the Proton Satria GTi was up for sale (no price disclosed at the time of offering). Only 20 of these LE models were supposedly sold in Australia - with factory leather trim, additional rear spoiler and a unique build number plaque fixed to the passenger side of the dashboard. Another interesting C140 advertised through Grays Online - see the original ad here. This original example of an early series car (1993) sold for $18,000 in March 2022, which is a great result considering the car has large Ks at 270,000! Still, it appears to be well kept with excellent service records, so it goes to show the importance of those. The seller indicated everything was in reasonable working order, but of course it's hard to know with these cars and there are so many intricate things...

Very rare 850 T5-R spotted for sale on Facebook Marketplace in March 2022, asking $33,000. This is the most desirable body / colour combo for the T5, and the car has the famous 5-cylinder turbo that brings the brick from 0-100 in under 6 seconds and produces 181kw.. A relatively low km example of the performance Volvo sedan of the 90s - the 850 R. This one was advertised on carsales.com.au in March 2022. asking $18,400 AUD - not a bad price considering relatively low Ks, and we've seen several over $20K recently. The first white one we've got on the register - this one was spotted for sale on Carsales.com.au in March 2022, asking $17,990, and has fairly decent Ks on the clock at 244,000. Looks to be in good condition for its age. These are a rare performance version of the 850, making around 180kw through a 5-cylinder turbo engine, which would propel the car to 100 in around 7.5 seconds (quick for a large sedan of the mid-90s). Asking price at $20,000 at the time, but very few details given other than the seller noting that they have had the car for a long time, and are a family of enthusiasts.. This 2009 FG GT was advertised on carsales in March 2022, asking $85,000 AUD. The seller noted that the car is onf of only 1000 of these made (not sure if that's correct but probably), noting this is build number 714. Just 18,000kms from new, and a genuine 1 owner car. The seller at the time noted the car has been garaged its entire life and is in showroom condition with no modifications, both original keys, serviced every year, all books, certificate of authenticity, original delivery receipt...

Advertised on Facebook marketplace in March 2022 ( see the original ad here), this example was described as a clean untouched full standard/stock Satria gti, supposedly from country Victoria, with just 110,000kms, and one lady owner.. There appear to be a few war wounds for this classic, but overall it does indeed seem to be in stock condition.. The seller notes it still has standard issue stereo, factory Recaro seats, sports suspension, with the legendary Mitsubishi 4g93 motor. Indeed it is...

Another GTi on FB marketplace in February 2022 - this one asking $7,500 AUD.. A fairly reasonable price and these don't seem to have jumped too much despite Covid - one of the more affordable modern classics.. A limited description was provided by the seller - the first thing I'd do is change back to stock tail lamps - I never liked those aftermarket clear lenses.. Time to get some more GTis on the register - this one popped up in Sydney NSW via Facebook marketplace in Feb 2022 asking $8,000. Advertised on Facebook marketplace and located in Denver Colorado - this poor old soul would no doubt have been parted out, having had seen much better days. Not certain of the year, but it appears to be a 79 model at the earliest with the later tail lamps, and being a US car, it came with the Lambda Sond emissions system.
