It's been a while since we've spotted a Tickford FBT for sale - this one located in Vic, and at the time was asking $27,000 AUD. I feel like I'm repeating myself recently - It wasn't even 5 years ago that you could grab one easily under 15K, and I've seen some average examples under 10K.. An excellent original example of the 1275 LS. Recently purchased in Adelaide. Car originally purchased in Ballarat VIC but then moved to Sydney NSW before being transported to South Australia Matching numbers car that comes with original paperwork and is generally untouched. In original condition apart from a number of tasteful modifications (stage 1 kit including air filter and exhaust, new wheels and upgraded stereo) Car is in full working order and is used frequently.

This high mileage Australian delivered example is a very early 93 mode car, badged as the SEC. The SEC badge didn't last too long on the 140 series so it's always interesting to see these early examples). Looks to have had reasonable wear and tear for a car with over 300,000 on the clock - it was originally asking $16,000, but that has since come down to $12,000.. I spotted this rare XR6 wagon on carsales.com.au in February 2022 - asking a huge $38,5090. Yes, it's had a paint job and presents well, but less than a decade ago you could pick one up for well under $10,000 - but this one is a bit more special in that it is supposedly an ex police vehicle. Either way, the wagons in XR trim were one of the rarest XRs. I think this is the first one on classicregister.com. This one sold a few years back through musclecarsales - see the original ad here. This is 1999 TL50 build No 12. Finished in Sparkling burgundy with dark burgundy leather trim, it has the enhanced Tickford motor, ESS sports shift. Log books and just 98,000ks. This is build number 14 of just 58 produced. At the time of offering, the car was noted as having just 102,000Ks.
