I know this car was somewhere in Poland (spotted on FB for sale in March 2022), but not sure exactly where - someone on a Crown group posted it confirming that they were looking at buying it for 16-17K EUR at the time. Looks in great condition (I presume the colour is aftermarket as it doesn't look particularly 70s).. Got a few of these MS7- / MS75 Toyota crowns on the register now - check out some of the others on the register below..

This original RHD 5-speed T5-R is a British car, imported to the USA in 2021, and was advertised on bringatrailer here in January 2022. It passed in at over $21,000 USD, then according to commenters on the site, was back on carandclassic the next week asking over $30,000. Insane times.. This is the ultimate colour, with the 5 speed manual..

Recently Imported From Japan, this 850 R wagon is a second gen 1997 model with the update look wheels and a few other changes from the original 1995 model (including being badged as an 850R rather than the T5-R).. This is the second that has been imported from Japan - bring it on I say, we need more of these enthusiast Volvos here.. At the time we spotted this one on Gumtree Australia, asking $24,995. Not too bad a price considering many are in the high 20s now.. Wagon is our pick of the litter...

Finished in the famous "Saffron", this C70 T5 Turbo is one of a relatively small batch of coupes (by modern standards), and particularly so in the top spec T5 form, having the 2.3l turbo inline 5, producing 180KW - similar in spec to the T5-R turbo / V7 R sedans and wagons.. This one was asking $10,000 in March 2022, not too bad for a nice coupe with plenty of power. One of only two of these we've got on the register - and well I suppose prices have gone a bit crazy.. Haven't seen one of these before, but we've got a few SVO Fords on the register so though it would be good to record its details here.. This SVO V8 longreach ute was advertised on Graysonline in March 2022. The auction had expired by the time I spotted it, but I would expect it sold in the 20s at least.. Very rare and amazing to see an XH in such good condition and with low Ks. These things were workhorses, but suffered from severe rust, and dare I mention the hopeless door handles that plagued...

We do love a good TX3 - expecially when it's a turbo.. Although this one isn't the top spec 4x4 (which was essentially a Mazda Familia GTR Group A car), the Turbo 2WD is still very decent, and probably as quick in a straight line on a dry day.. This one was advertised through Graysonline auctions in NSW, Australia, in March 2022, and passed in at an undisclosed price. We've got quite a few TX3s on the register - trying to focus on the more desirable Turbo and 4x4 examples... Check out the others...

And the Volvos keep on rolling in - despite the high Kms on this 850R wagoin, bids got to $11,350 AUD showing there is plenty of interest in this rare early performance variant of the Volvo - lowek K examples are up on the high teens or 20s.. Looks like it's had a bit of a rough life - the dash is abit deformed (presumably from the sun in Australia), and the car, although clean, is looking a bit tired.. realistically it would probably require some $$ to get back to its former glory. A bit obsessed with these Volvos at the moment, another 850R on the register, this one having nearly 250K on the clock but looks in great condition, and was advertised on carsales in March 2022 asking $28,000.. It's so rare to see these come up nowadays - this 1976 Datsun 260c coupe was advertised on Ebay in March 2022 - we haven't seen one advertised in a few years now. I suspect there couldn't be more than a handful of survivors (not sure why but I presume they just didn't sell well). I think they're one of the best looking luxury Japanese coupes of the time. Advertised on Facebook Marketplace in 2022 - located somewhere in Northern NSW, this "LE" example of the Proton Satria GTi was up for sale (no price disclosed at the time of offering). Only 20 of these LE models were supposedly sold in Australia - with factory leather trim, additional rear spoiler and a unique build number plaque fixed to the passenger side of the dashboard. Another interesting C140 advertised through Grays Online - see the original ad here. This original example of an early series car (1993) sold for $18,000 in March 2022, which is a great result considering the car has large Ks at 270,000! Still, it appears to be well kept with excellent service records, so it goes to show the importance of those.
